Steakhouse Leopold

The Steakhouse at the Casinoplatz in Meiringen offers great national and international specialties. 

On the menu you will find among other things dryaged Swiss beef. In addition to steaks, Steakhouse Leopold also offers spare ribs, grilled sausage, insane burgers and delicious fish specialties. 

Dryaged meat

The dryaged meat is matured for 7 weeks at high humidity and just above freezing point. In this method, the milk protein is decomposed by the meat's own enzymes, making the meat even more tasty and tender and giving it a particularly nutty taste.
