The visitor’s tax paid by all paying overnight guests in Mürren and Gimmelwald helps to fund the local tourist infrastructure and services.

Upon payment of the visitor’s tax, you will receive your guest card and be able to take advantage of the offers listed below.

Digital guest registration, as the name suggests, is the digitised version of the current guest registration process – from the guest filling in the registration form to the calculation of the visitor’s tax. Jungfrau Region Tourism works closely with MASCH Software Solutions, which has developed software to digitise this process.
