Respect Nature

  • Stay on marked trails.
  • Take your trash with you or dispose of it properly.
  • Respect animals, plants, and farmland.
  • Enjoy nature without leaving a trace.
  • Use water and other resources wisely.
  • Do not feed wild animals.
  • Camp and bivouac only in designated areas.
  • Picnic only in designated areas and at official fire pits.

Respecting Our Home

  • Respect private property and gardens.
  • Be considerate in residential neighborhoods and in the evening.
  • Ask people for permission before taking photos of them or their homes.
  • A friendly “Grüezi” often opens more doors than any camera.

Winter Behavior Guide

Skiing

To ensure that winter sports remain safe and enjoyable for everyone, there are a few important rules of conduct to follow on the slopes. The so-called FIS rules provide simple guidelines for everyone in the ski resort. They promote respectful interaction among skiers and do not detract from the fun of skiing in any way.

  • Check the current snow and avalanche conditions as well as the weather

  • Stick to the existing winter hiking trails, which are marked with purple signs and are well-groomed.
