What the region has to offer

If you want to explore the terrain around Mürren at a slightly faster pace, trail running is the way to go.

We have three tours that we recommend to visitors, each with a different level of difficulty. The “Chasing Waterfalls” route, which takes you past the Sprutz Waterfall, stands out as a particularly special experience.

Equipment

Don’t underestimate the importance of getting your gear right – everything from your rucksack and poles to your shoes. You should also take a rescue blanket, a mobile phone, food and drink and a jacket that is windproof and waterproof. Trail running is much more fun with the proper equipment.
