Schilthorn
Come to the 360° restaurant Piz Gloria, the world’s first revolving restaurant, to enjoy breathtaking views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and more than 200 other mountain peaks. When visibility is good, you can even see the Mont Blanc massif and the Schwarzwald forest.
The Schilthorn will not be accessible between October 2024 and March 2025 due to
construction work!
Birg
The Birg station sits proudly on the rock massif, 1,000 metres above Mürren.
Birg is the middle station of the aerial cableway between Mürren and Schilthorn. There are plenty of thrills to be had here thanks to the Thrill Walk, where you walk on metal structures sticking out of the rock. It’s definitely worth stopping off to check out the attractions on the way to the Schilthorn.
Allmendhubel
Allmendhubel is a paradise for families with children, situated at 1,907 metres. In just four minutes, the funicular railway will take you up the mountain, where the rustic Panorama Restaurant with its large sun terrace and fine Swiss specialities beckons. The incredible view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau will unfold before you, alongside the Bernese Alps and their glaciers.
