The Alpine Sports Centre

The Mürren Alpine Sports Centre combines exercise, relaxation and socialising under one roof. An indoor swimming pool, a spa with a hot tub, a fitness area, a sports hall, an ice rink and a pump track offer a wide range of sports and leisure activities all year round.

The facilities are complemented by a bistro and the Tourist Information centre. A place for exercise, relaxation and enjoyment whatever the weather.

Treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the modern Alpine Spa and immerse yourself in an oasis of well-being that allows both body and mind to unwind. The stylish wellness centre, featuring a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room, Kneipp facilities, plunge pool, relaxation room, hot tub and indoor swimming pool, invites you to relax and unwind.

Fitness

Whether it’s endurance training, strength building or an active start to the day, the modern fitness area offers the ideal conditions for a varied workout. Equipped with exercise bikes, treadmills, steppers, rowing machines, a ski machine, as well as various strength training machines and dumbbells, nothing stands in the way of an effective workout.

The fitness room is suitable for both intensive training sessions and a targeted workout in between.

Indoor swimming pool

Whether you’re looking for a leisurely swim or a vigorous workout, the indoor pool at the Mürren Alpine Sports Centre has something for everyone. After your swim, the indoor and outdoor hot tubs are the perfect place to relax, whilst you take in the impressive views of the surrounding mountains.

Other offers

As well as a spa, fitness centre and indoor swimming pool, the Alpine Sports Centre offers a wide range of additional sports and leisure activities. In summer, the pump track and the outdoor football pitch are ideal for getting active in the fresh mountain air. Suitable equipment for hire is available on site.

In winter, the site is transformed into an ice rink for ice skating and ice hockey. Curling tournaments are held regularly in the adjacent curling hall, and introductory curling courses can be booked online or on site. Suitable hire equipment is also available for the ice rink.

The modern triple-purpose sports hall, measuring 46 by 27 metres and featuring fully equipped facilities, offers ideal conditions for training sessions, club events and sporting activities in an alpine setting. The hall can be easily booked online or on site.
